Hey Minah, how did you get started with your Pilates sessions?

I've always loved spending time in nature, whether it’s walking, running, or enjoying activities like rock climbing, swimming, and tennis. A friend of mine suggested I try Pilates since I was dealing with some lower back pain from poor posture. I decided to give it a shot with a private session, and I absolutely loved it! It was such a great experience to focus on myself and really get to know the exercises I was doing.
After that first session, I was hooked! I signed up for ten more classes and even told a bunch of my friends about it. Going to Pilates twice a week brought about amazing progress! I learned so much about good posture, effective breathing, and the movements I should be doing every day.
Now, Pilates is not just something I practice — it’s one of my favorite things to do, and I love teaching it too! As I keep studying, practicing, and teaching, my understanding of the movements just keeps getting better. I can perform them more effectively and share that knowledge with others, which is so rewarding!
